- 4-Weekly Virtual 60-90 minute sessions, up to 40 people or…
- In Person (unlimited # of people) 3-3.5 hrs
- 6-Weekly 60-90 minute sessions, up to 40 people
- In Person (unlimited # of people) Full day (6-7 hrs)
- These workshops will have at least an hour of homework for each Leader between Virtual sessions, or table-top interactive exercises for in person meetings
- These workshops will have a 1 hr pre and post assessment call with the facilitators included in the above costs to plan for the event, and to action plan after the event
