Coaching focus is toward client’s desired agenda and outcomes.  This can involve a wide range of topics and goals. 

Executive – targeted professional format, objective perspective. 

Coaching focus is toward client’s professional agenda and outcomes.  Topics and goals generally revolve around issues related to client’s role and responsibilities. 

Team – group engagement format, communal perspective. 

Coaching focus is toward clients’ common organizational agenda and outcomes.  Effort here seeks to explore team dynamics and its influence.
