When the author says “To be a true leader, you must set up others for success,” he is absolutely right. This text was one constant PEP TALK of great advice. It is not a “HOW TO” book, but by reading this, an aspiring leader will know what will make him or her GREAT!

This book focuses on self-reflection and introspection to examine the reader’s journey into leadership. It guides you thinking through understanding communication strategies, motivating others, effective delegating, understanding culture, and many other things. It is a very thorough look at leadership.
