Giving Forward

If you read our intro page, you learned how L10 actually started. It started here, with our leadership cohort. And you can be a part of this program, if you live in the Panhandle of Florida. 

Our terms are Jan-Apr and Aug-Nov each year, and typically meet on the 3rd Saturday each month. iN 2024 our dates are Jan 20, Feb 17, Mar 9, Apr 13. We select 7-12 people from all industries and backgrounds, ages 25-40 (approximately). In the past we have worked with leaders from the arenas of Family Health, Education, Business, Law, Medical & Dental, Church, Arts & Entertainment, Media, Government & Military, Real Estate, Industry, up & coming leaders and Entrepreneurs. What you will experience:

High level exploration, instruction and coaching from experienced business and military leaders who have proven skills and are motivated to impact their world through the development of bold  leaders.

We focus on values, culture, communication, decision making, time management and more. Plus, you’ll read Mark’s book, “Set Up” and dig into the latest articles by Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Inc., and other leadership content.  You may learn more about yourself in these 4 months than you have in the past 20 years…..

Am I the Right Person?

Anyone who is passionate about being a better leader and wants to impact their community,  organization, family, and the world.

Getting Selected:

We interview and select individuals, generally between the ages of 25 and 40, who are current or future leaders, and/or recommended by local business leaders. With the interview results, and using an assessment tool, we analyze the best fit for each cohort. You could be part of our next session……read on.

The Setting:

We meet once per month as a group, for 4 hours of classroom and group facilitation. We also meet once per month on an individual basis, with your assigned coach, for personalized, direct coaching.

This program is about learning more about yourself. Once you understand yourself you can start to understand why you respond the way you do to certain situations.

This cohort has not only taught me new life skills, but how to be a better leader to my employees. Having this new found knowledge, I will be able to see my company thrive in a way it hasn’t before.
