The Leadership Ten program has changed my outlook on what leadership is and how I lead. This program has “taught me to fish” and has equipped me to self-reflect, evaluate, and flex to help myself grow as a leader. If you want to grow as a leader, as a person, and be challenged, this is the program for you.

I’ve thought I had been challenged in aspects of leadership my entire life. To have a true understanding of it is to have a true understanding of yourself. You can’t lead someone until you can lead yourself and believe in it. This course helped me to be honest and aware of my own values and identity.

Having gone through L10, I found it to be the most rewarding professional and personal development I have done as a military officer. I would value it at $2,500 – $4000 if you were to pay for a weekend conference offering similar information, and it comes with five one-on-one coaching sessions.

This program is about learning more about yourself. Once you understand yourself you can start to understand why you respond the way you do to certain situations.

This cohort has not only taught me new life skills, but how to be a better leader to my employees. Having this new found knowledge, I will be able to see my company thrive in a way it hasn’t before.
