At LEADERSHIPTEN, leader development more accurately defines our objectives than leadership development.

Words have meaning.

Leader: the person who leads or commands a group, organization, or country.

Leadership: the action of leading a group of people or an organization.

At LEADERSHIPTEN, we start with the person who leads, first, and then the action of leading develops, grows, and excels.

At the core of who we are as an organization, and as individuals, is preparing and equipping leaders to first lead themselves well. Self-leadership is not a skill to be checked off, but a mindset to live out daily.

The leadership of any organization is made up of individual leaders; tostrengthen and grow an organization begins with its individual leaders.

Methodology

Whether an individual, small company or organization, we always begin with a conversation: What’s going well? What are our strengths as a leader? What excites you about leadership? What are your goals for this year? Five years? Where are your challenges? We enter these conversations with zero assumptions and an extra dose of curiosity. Listening, and really hearing, is our only goal for this initial session. Our desire is to connect at the heart level. It’s a privilege and huge responsibility to be given the opportunity to influence and challenge your organization. We want to get it right!

In our leader development group sessions, we combine your unique needs with our years of experience and proprietary concepts to create sessions that are customized for where you currently are and where you see yourself and/or your organization.
