Whether an individual, small company or organization, we always begin with a conversation: What’s going well? What are our strengths as a leader? What excites you about leadership? What are your goals for this year? Five years? Where are your challenges? We enter these conversations with zero assumptions and an extra dose of curiosity. Listening, and really hearing, is our only goal for this initial session. Our desire is to connect at the heart level.
