Hi, I’m Dianne Guthmuller and I’m the chief-people-watcher. After several successful careers in sales and sales training, I continue to have an insatiable need to understand “why people do the things they do.”
With hundreds of hours of study and many certifications, I’ve learned that successfully living and working in today’s diverse world all boils down to effective communication.
Using our assessments (Values, D-I-S-C, Emotional Intelligence, and others), we help our clients understand themselves and develop their self-leadership skills begin to lead themselves. It is our “secret sauce” to effective communication.
Once our clients have this understanding it’s easy to develop a plan to go after their dreams. The thrill of watching this understanding “click” with our clients is the reason I love what I do!
By the way, one of my favorite places to people-watch is near our home on the beaches of South Walton, in Northwest Florida, with my husband Harry and any of our five children or eighteen grandkids.

I’m Robb Schiefer. Professionally, a long-time business owner, leader, coach, and one of LEADERSHIPTEN’s founders.

My leadership journey includes 22 years as a Chick-fil-A® franchisee, leading a staff of 70+. Additionally, I am an International Coaching Federation® certified coach.
Two of my core values shape my involvement in LEADERSHIPTEN. I am a scholar in the truest sense, not an academic but a lifelong learner. I am also devoted to all I do; devotion drives my passion.
Beyond LEADERSHIPTEN, my wife Leslie and I continue to enjoy 45 years of marriage. We are blessed being parents to 4 children, and grandparents to 9 grandchildren.
I enjoy cycling and sailing. One of my personal goals is to learn to play the guitar – I am still working on that one.
